    The aluminum ultra-microporous sound-absorbing panel is 1.0mm thick with a pore size of 0.4*0.04mm. It prevents water droplets from penetrating and has excellent anti-penetration properties. With a perforation rate of less than 1%, it features a resonant sound-absorbing structure composed of a thin plate and a cavity behind it. The micro-wave structure on the microporous surface, cleverly designed with shanks and ribs, alters the transmission path, absorbing a large amount of energy from particle impact. Within the micropores within the troughs, the acoustic impedance effect of air particles passing through the oblique micropores creates a velocity difference, causing particle compression and friction. This leads to kinetic energy loss due to penetration, allowing the sound energy to resonate within the cavity and attenuate, resulting in excellent sound absorption.
